Vladimír is a qualified pharmacist who obtained his pharmacy degree in Slovakia and later earned a PharmDr. degree in the Czech Republic. He spent more than ten years working in community pharmacy, with over half of that time serving as a Pharmacy Manager, where he was responsible for both patient care and pharmacy operations.

Driven by a desire to work within an international environment and contribute more directly to the development, safety, and lifecycle management of medicinal products, Vladimír transitioned into pharmacovigilance and joined Arriello in 2020.

Today, his role combines regulatory intelligence, project management, local processes such as LPPV and LLM services and process ownership. A significant part of his work focuses on monitoring regulatory developments, assessing their impact, and ensuring effective implementation of new requirements across client projects and internal processes. He is also involved in leading operational initiatives and managing projects that support business growth and compliance objectives.

As Process Owner for Vendor Training Management, Vladimír is particularly passionate about process improvement. He enjoys identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, strengthen audit readiness, enhance service quality, and develop practical solutions that create long-term value for both clients and internal teams.

Beyond his core responsibilities, Vladimír plays an active role in knowledge sharing across the organization and beyond. He is the author of the ‘Boring Lance series’, which focuses on simplifying and communicating complex regulatory and pharmacovigilance topics in an engaging way for a broader professional audience.
