Exhibitor Drinks Receptions

On Wednesday 23rd September, we will be hosting a reception on the exhibition hall after the final conference session. Exhibitors are welcome to also purchase drinks packages through the RAI webshop to encourage traffic to your booth. 

We will advertise all exhibition booth drinks reception hosts on our networking platform to all attendees with individual messages on your behalf, to help drive traffic to your booth for the reception and make people aware of what you are offering .

Stand Catering

During each day of the conference/exhibition, there will be the opportunity for all Exhibitors to purchase drink and food packages from the RAI catering team to offer for attendees to join them for networking opportunities at their booth.

It's a great opportunity to help drive traffic to your booth with the offer of free food or drinks and we are encouraging as many exhibitors as possible to do this.

For those who do purchase anything we will advertise your company on our networking platform to all attendees with individual messages on your behalf explaining what you are offering and help people know they should head to your booth.
