With over 20 years of experience in pharmacovigilance and medical device vigilance, I began my career as Head of the Vigilance Unit for clinical trials at the second-largest hospital group in France. I then broadened my international perspective by joining a life sciences consultancy in the Netherlands, where I further developed my management and strategic capabilities. In 2021, I joined Santen, a mid-sized pharmaceutical company, as EU QPPV and Head of the Global Compliance Group, overseeing safety vigilance activities across the US, EMEA, and Asia. In 2024, I moved to Baxter as Director, Global Head of PV Compliance & Safety Operations, where I led global compliance initiatives during a significant corporate transformation, including a company spin-off. Most recently, in 2025, I joined Pharming, a promising biotech company, as QPPV and Head of PV Quality and Compliance, continuing to shape global pharmacovigilance strategy and compliance frameworks.
