Aysen Özkırım Esen was born on 1962 in Istanbul. Esen has been graduated by Boğaziçi University’s Civil Engineering Faculty on 1984. After a while of Engineering experiences, she was involved to foreign trading mainly with a broad selection of private companies and government institutions.
Esen continued her career at industrial companies in sales and marketing, then promoted as Deputy General Manager, General Manager then Executive Vice President. She have had her own business for a while, being a partner of a company dealing with strategic planning, marketing, CRM while the CRM consept barely being known in Turkey, developing projects for direct marketing. Esen’s company was the first and only member of the  International Direct Marketing Network found eligible by the Association.
