Yap Yee Keng is Finance Process Transformation Lead within the CFO Office at CelcomDigi, where she focuses on finance operations, process optimisation, and system transformation initiatives. Her work centres on improving financial workflows, strengthening internal controls, and driving automation across finance functions.

With over 19 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, she has held several leadership roles in finance operations, credit and collections, and internal control. At CelcomDigi, she previously served as Head of Credit & Payment Channel Management, overseeing postpaid collections, debt recovery, and payment channel optimisation while supporting the company’s post-merger integration.

Earlier at Digi Telecommunications, she led the receivables and payables management function and played a key role in major finance system implementations, including Coupa and Oracle Fusion. She also served as Associate Principal for Internal Control over Financial Reporting, advising on financial controls and process design to strengthen governance and compliance.

Yap holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southern Queensland and is a Chartered Accountant and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
