Taufiq Hussien is Managing Director of Telin Malaysia, leading the company’s commercial growth and market expansion in one of Southeast Asia’s most competitive connectivity hubs. He is responsible for driving enterprise, wholesale, and digital infrastructure strategies aligned with Telin’s broader Digital Forward vision.

With nearly two decades in global telecommunications, Taufiq has held senior leadership roles across North America and Asia, spanning business development, marketing, product management, and regional sales. Prior to Telin, he served as CEO of IX Global and Chief Business Development Officer at IX Telecom, where he led international expansion and strategic partnerships across carrier and enterprise segments.
His earlier career includes leadership positions at Sirius Fiber, TransWorldIX, and Telekom Malaysia in the United States, building deep expertise in VoIP, SIP, international data services, and cross-border connectivity solutions.

Combining engineering discipline with executive business training from Harvard Business School and the Jack Welch Management Institute, Taufiq brings both technical depth and commercial clarity to scaling digital infrastructure businesses across the region.
