Rajesh Mhatre is Assistant Vice President for Product, Strategy and Transformation Management at StarHub, where he leads initiatives focused on next-generation network platforms, product innovation, and technology transformation. His work includes developing product strategies around 5G, network automation, mobile APIs, and programmable network capabilities.

With more than two decades of experience across telecommunications and technology, Rajesh has held roles spanning network engineering, product management, enterprise business, and transformation leadership. Prior to StarHub, he worked with organizations including Rakuten, Brillio, HCLTech, Sterlite Technologies, Vodafone Idea, Jio, Huawei, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Reliance Communications.

His experience covers telecom infrastructure planning, enterprise product development, presales and solution architecture, and digital transformation programs across both operator and technology vendor environments.

Rajesh holds an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications. He has also completed leadership development programs at NUS Business School and holds certifications including TOGAF and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
