Nang Khaing Wai Lwin is Senior Vice President and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at ATOM Myanmar, where she leads financial strategy, business performance management, and enterprise-wide planning. Her responsibilities include financial modelling, investment evaluation, KPI development, and performance reporting to support executive decision-making and long-term business strategy.

Her remit also covers operational efficiency, automation, and enterprise risk management (ERM), with a focus on improving cost control, strengthening governance frameworks, and embedding data-driven decision processes across the organisation. She works closely with senior leadership on capital allocation, strategic investments, and transformation initiatives aligned with evolving market conditions.

Prior to ATOM, Nang Khaing Wai Lwin spent over seven years at Telenor Myanmar, where she led business performance and cost optimisation programmes, including forecasting, budgeting, investment case evaluation, and financial governance. She played a key role in strengthening financial planning processes and supporting major operational efficiency initiatives across technology and enterprise functions.

Earlier in her career, she was Finance Business Partner at Unilever Myanmar, contributing to financial capability building and supporting large-scale transformation initiatives including SAP implementation and finance function localisation.

She is an ACCA-qualified finance professional with academic qualifications in commerce and business administration, with expertise spanning FP&A, financial governance, automation, and performance management.
