Louis Fung Wei Loke is Head of Network at Tune Talk, where he leads the design, performance, and evolution of the operator’s core network infrastructure, with a focus on reliability, operational efficiency, and service delivery.

He brings close to two decades of experience in telecommunications operations and network management. Prior to joining Tune Talk, Louis spent over 10 years at Huawei Technologies as Head of Network Operations, where he was responsible for network stability, cybersecurity and privacy compliance, customer experience, and end-to-end service delivery. His role also covered project execution, P&L oversight, SLA performance, and presales support for large-scale telecom engagements.

Earlier in his career, Louis held network operations leadership roles at AT&T, where he managed global incident management and service delivery for enterprise networks, and at CSC, where he worked on network design and implementation projects.

Louis holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology.
