Gaya Byrne, Head of Customer Success, Telstra International Gaya is the Head of Customer Success at Telstra International, and leads operations across Telstra’s international footprint. She previously led Telstra’s Mobile Product & Technology Group in Australia, following roles in product marketing and digital transformation across Telstra’s Consumer, Business and Enterprise segments. Prior to Telstra, Gaya worked in strategy consulting, supporting Australian businesses with product development, channel strategy and government relations in foreign markets. She was a finalist in the Australian Financial Review’s BOSS Young Executive List in 2023. Gaya is also an active volunteer and has previously served in non-executive director roles for not-for-profits and as an advisor to start-ups.
