I am Gaurav Hirani, a technology leader with over 21 years of experience in building, scaling, and operating large, mission-critical digital platforms. I currently serve as General Manager, where I lead cloud strategy, platform engineering, security, reliability, and automation across complex IoT environments. I have been deeply involved in delivering IoT platforms that support tens of millions of users and devices, consistently achieving 99.99% availability, strong security compliance, and meaningful cost optimization through FinOps-driven cloud governance. My experience spans multi-cloud and cloud-agnostic architectures, DevSecOps, SRE, AIOps, CI/CD transformation, and observability. My academic background includes a B.E. in Computer Science, LL.B., PG from IIT Roorkee, MBA from IIM Indore, and NTU Singapore. I am passionate about building high-performing teams and bridging technology with business outcomes—helping organizations evolve from delivery-focused engineering to scalable, resilient, and outcome-driven platforms.
