Danny Han Seng Foong is Senior Vice President and Head of Commercial Portfolio & Strategy Execution at True Corporation, where he drives commercial performance across Thailand’s largest integrated telecom operator following the True–dtac merger. Reporting to the Chief Consumer Business Officer, he leads portfolio optimization, pricing strategy, and execution discipline across the consumer business.

With over 20 years in the TMT sector, Danny brings rare cross-functional depth spanning marketing, finance, sales, network, and IT. Prior to joining True, he held multiple regional leadership roles within Telenor, including Head of Growth & Business Development (Singapore), Head of Telenor Asia Strategy, and SVP of Strategy & Transformation in Myanmar. He also served as a Board Member of Telenor Pakistan.

His track record includes steering multi-market strategy across Bangladesh, Malaysia, Pakistan, and Thailand; leading cost transformation programs delivering significant operational efficiencies; overseeing long-term financial planning and investment governance exceeding USD 700 million; and embedding agile ways of working across organizations.
