As Chief Commercial Officer of Telin, Kharisma is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the company’s commercial initiatives, as well as developing and executing strategies to unlock and accelerate Telin’s potential.

In addition to his role at Telin, Kharisma serves as the Director of Telin in Hong Kong, Singapore and the USA.

Kharisma holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from STT Telkom and a Master's Degree in Management of Information Systems from Institut Teknologi Bandung. He has extensive experience and knowledge in various commercial management roles, including Chief Executive Officer of Telin USA, Vice President of Carrier Enterprise for the Americas-Pacific & EMEA Region, and Chief Marketing Officer of Telin Australia.
