Involved in many network developments from acquiring new licenses, launching new greenfield networks and demonstration of new technologies.  For the last 4 years, occupied the position of Network and Engineering Director for Orange in Cameroon and prior I was assigned ac CTIO with key operators such as Vodafone and Digicel.    Holding an MIS and Chartered Computer Engineering Degrees.
