Nadia Krivetz, Director, Cable Connectivity and Resilience Centre, DFAT Australia

Ms Krivetz assumed the role of Director of Australia's Cable Connectivity and Resilience Centre, in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, in November 2025. Prior to this, she served four years as Political Counsellor at the Australian Permanent Mission to the UN New York, leading Australia's engagement at the UN on a range of international peace and conflict issues. Ms Krivetz has a strong background in ASEAN, with previous postings to Bangkok and Hanoi. She has also worked on the negtoiation of many of Australia's Free Trade Agreements, including with Indonesia, Japan and China. Ms Krivetz holds an LLM in International Law.
