With over two decades in telecommunications and subsea infrastructure, I’ve built my career creating impact at the intersection of strategy, marketing, events, and culture. As Founder & CEO of Team Bax, I work with telecom and technology organisations to bring clarity and alignment across strategy, marketing, and events, helping leadership teams engage their people, strengthen their narrative, and deliver meaningful outcomes. Previously, I led global events, conferences, and marketing at Seaborn Networks, building a strong industry presence through relationships, consistency, and creative execution. I’m passionate about connecting operational excellence with strategic storytelling to build communities that last. I serve on the Board of Governors of the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) and play an active leadership role in SubOptic’s Connected Culture Working Group, where I lead the Neurodiversity Workstream alongside Matt Bowden. I was also a founding member of the Women in Subsea movement and continue to mentor and champion new talent entering our industry through initiatives such as PTC Beyond.
