Jocelinn Kang is the founder and managing director of Nodalys, a boutique national security consultancy working across cyber security, geopolitical risk, and digital resilience. Jocelinn has authored and co-authored several papers on different aspects subsea cables in the Indo-Pacific including geopolitics, cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection.
