Currently the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the 45,000km Southern Cross Cable Network (SX1, SX2 and NEXT) and is responsible for all Regulatory, Engineering and Operational aspects of the Network. This Network connects Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Tokelau, Kiribati, Hawaii and the West Coast USA. Also, the current Chair of the International Cable Protection Commitee (ICPC), having served as a Director for 23 years, and a Director and Treasurer of the North American Submarine Cable Association (NASCA).
