PRINT YOUR BADGE

We will send your badge  via email for you to print at home for fast track entry at the show. We strongly recommend you print this badge beforehand to avoid queues onsite.

Register online for a free expo pass or purchase a delegate pass for conference access.

PRINT BADGE

 

We will email out badges just before the event. Please ensure you print this at home to avoid delays on arrival. Read below for more badge FAQs.

DOWNLOAD APP

 

Download the event app by searching 'Seamless' in the app store and signing in with the email address you registered with.

FAQs

We will be emailing out badges closer to the event. Please print this at home/work before attending to skip the queue on the day.

Badges will be emailed from no-reply.badges@terrapinn.com, with the subject line 'Important: Please print your badge for #SeamlessEU'

What if I havent recieved my badge? Badges will be sent to the email you registered with, make sure you check your junk / spam folder in your emails. If you are a sponsor, exhibitor or speaker then please email customerservice.uae@terrapinn.com if you still cannot find it in your inbox.

What if I want to edit my badge? If you are a sponsor, exhibitor or speaker then please contact customerservice.uae@terrapinn.com . No badge changes can be made pre-event if the enquiry is recieved after COP Friday 13 October.

If you are a sponsor / exhibitor then you can visit the venue in the 48 hour period before the event to have your badge printed. Please also make sure you are registering your exhibition stand staff through the links provided in the exhibitor manual, if they register as a visitor on the event website we will not be able to ammend their badge type at the venue.

What if i'm having trouble printing my badge? Please print using Google Chrome.

Plan and manage your meeting schedule to take place at the show. Keep up to date with the agenda, social feeds and expo floor plan.

No - this year's event is fully live and in-person at Messe Berlin. No content will be streamed virtually. However you can use the event app to network depending on your access.

As a visitor to Seamless, you will be able to access to everything on the show floor - however this does not include the premium conference. You will have access to: The Exhibition to meet with hundreds of exhibitors, Ecommerce University, Start-up Zone, Start-up Stories, Fintech Pavilion and so much more.
