: I am a Biomedical Scientist by training and I hold an executive MBA. I joined Janssen in 2005 working in various positions within R&D and Medical Affairs, in the infectious diseases and oncology area. I’m currently working in the Janssen R&D Operations Innovation team, focussing on patient centricity and improving the patient experience in clinical trials.
