Sarah has spent the last 15 years in a wide variety of operational management and executive roles.  She's worked at companies large and small, from Series A start-ups to 100+ year old businesses across several disparate industries including beauty, hospitality, consumer product goods, and industrial supplies.  She's currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at Pair Eyewear, a direct to consumer brand focused on providing the joy of change to customers, where she runs all things operations, supply chain, and customer experience.
