Michael Falls is Chief Customer Officer at Reveel™ and leads advisory services, delivery of analytics, finance solutions, client support, and account management for Reveel’s customers. Michael is passionate about Reveel’s mission to level the playing field and create transparency for parcel shippers and enjoys helping companies create optimized supply chains by transforming data into actionable intelligence. Prior to joining Reveel, Michael spent ten years at enVista, a supply chain software and consulting firm, where he directed Client Success for enVista’s Global Freight Audit and Payment solution for customers totaling more than $10B in spend under management, including support for over 2,000 carriers across all modes of transportation in every global region. Michael is a regular contributor to supply chain media sources such as Parcel Media, Inbound Logistics, and SupplyChainBrain and is a regular speaker at supply chain conferences including Parcel Forum, Home Delivery World, and MODEX. He lives in Indianapolis, IN with his wife and two children.
