Delivering over US$9B in parts revenue annually, managing transportation operating budget over US$850M annually, and a transformation budget over US$12M annually. Managing the overnight delivery of parts to over 3,000 delivery stops and 400,000 parts to dealers and resell partners daily. Additionally, created same day delivery model building off last mile delivery solution that have deployed globally to deliver same day from distribution centers to dealers and independent repair facilities. Implemented solution within 6 months of concept to deployment. Migrated 8 different last mile delivery solutions into a singular delivery platform across North America. The new last mile delivery solution provides dynamic dispatching and real-time tracking. Developed a new Logistics Service Provider (LSP) model for dealer deliveries that provides greater flexibility, reduces costs, improves service, and expedites transitioning of underperforming carriers.
