Dave Tofanelli | Associate Dean, Phillips School of Business

 Dr. Dave Tofanelli has been with High Point University for eight years and is the Associate Dean and Professor of the Practice of Management for the Earn N. Phillips School of Business. Dave’s experience includes executive leadership roles with the University of North Carolina Healthcare System, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Kaiser Permanente Health System. He was also president of his own consulting group. Dave is a leadership coach and has worked with many senior level executives across numerous industries. His passion for leadership began in the United Stated Air Force and Dave is both a Viet Nam and Dessert Storm veteran. He has authored three books. When Dave isn’t teaching leadership or coaching executives, he’s getting his Jaguar ready for the next auto show.
