Billy started his career in 3PL warehousing in Charleston, South Carolina, where he worked his way through various roles before becoming General Manager of South Carolina operations. During his tenure in Charleston, he gained experience in foreign trade zone (FTZ) warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, automotive imports, exports, and value-added repack. In 2017, he moved to Greensboro, NC, where he now leads EFW Warehousing - East. Billy believes the foundation of a thriving 3PL operation is built upon a team with unwavering pride in their work, coupled with innovative Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and robust quality systems. His philosophy revolves around the golden rule: treat others the way you would want to be treated. He emphasizes the importance of respecting and supporting one's team, going the extra mile for customers, and maintaining fair and equitable relationships with vendors. Billy resides in Greensboro, NC, with his wife and two children and enjoys hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, and snowboarding.
