Horizon Motor Inc. is an Atlanta-based manufacturer of Class 3–8 zero-
emission work trucks, built in Athens, Ohio. Founded by Charles Jing in 2019
with Sean Jones as CEO, we partner with leading body builders to deliver
turnkey electric sweepers, garbage trucks, dump trucks, roll-off chassis and
tow vehicles. Our proprietary e-axle technology offers up to 30% fuel savings
on diesel combos and extends electric semi-ranges to 450 miles. Combined
with modular charging and a 5-minute battery-swap system, Horizon provides
fleets with cost-competitive, plug-and-play solutions—up to 60% savings on
fuel and 30–50% on maintenance—accelerating the path to net-zero freight.
