GHE SOLUTION— GHE is the first global initiative to embrace entropy increase and an active random loading mode, revolutionizing last-mile delivery.

All existing delivery models work under the same paradigm that controls entropy increase; this includes Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, which rely on process and technological innovations to control the rate of entropy increase. Controlling entropy wastes time and energy for both workers and vehicles. For example, the existing model requires workers to keep packages in designated locations and maintain order inside the vehicle. This helps drivers find packages after they arrive at their destination. However, this model results in inefficient labor, increased risk of injury, complicates processes and management, slows down delivery speeds, worsens customer experiences, and reduces delivery company profits.
