Where is the event being held?

  • Home Delivery World Europe is being held at the RAI Amsterdam
    • Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • The event is taking place in Hall 11 – Please enter through Entrance C.
 

Do you have discounted rooms for attendees?

 

How do I get to the venue?

Where do I get my badge?

  • You can collect your badge from the registration desk located at the entrance of Entrance C.
  • All you need is the e-mail address that you registered with to pick-up your badge.
 

What time does registration open?

  • Coming into town early? You can stop by starting at 12:00 on Monday, 21 September to collect your badge.
  • Registration officially opens at 8:00 on Tuesday 22 September and will be open throughout the two event days. Once you receive your badge, you do not need to check in at the registration desk again.
 

Can I register on-site?

  • Yes, you can register on-site, however, we recommend registering in advance to take advantage of our mobile app and expedite your check-in process.
 

What are the conference hours?

  • Tuesday 22 September:
    • Registration & Exhibition Hours: 8:00 am – 17:40
    • Conference Begins: 8:45
  • Wednesday 23 September:
    • Registration & Exhibition Hours: 8:00 – 15:00
    • Conference Begins: 8:50
 

Where can I view the conference agenda?

  • The full schedule and agenda can be found on the website here or in the networking app. Please note: you do not need to register for sessions in advance.
 
 

Will food and beverage be provided?

  • Food and drink will be available for purchase during the duration of the event.
 

Can I view the presentations from the conference?

  • Yes, the presentations will be available to view and download in the networking app within two weeks of the conference.
 

Where can I view a full attendee list?

  • You can view a full list of attendees, sponsors and speakers in the networking app under “profiles”

When will I gain access to the networking portal?

  • Your login credentials will come from Home Delivery Europe 2020 nicolette.peluso@terrapinn.com . It will take 24 hours to receive your login credentials. Please check your junk mail as well!
 

How do I access the networking app?

  • Download the “Terrapinn Events” app in your app store on your phone
  • The event code is “Home Delivery World Europe 2020”
  • Enter your username and password
