Colette has been Head of Product Pipeline at EnaraBio since 2023, building bispecific T cell engagers that recognise novel cancer targets. She has more than 15 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on antibody discovery, transgenic platforms, protein engineering and cellular therapies.  Prior to joining Enara, Colette was Head of Discovery at Crescendo Biologics and held a senior research role in Antibody Discovery and Protein Engineering at MedImmune, Cambridge UK.

Colette holds a BSc degree in Biology from Manchester University, an MSc in Molecular Genetics from Leicester University and a PhD in Developmental Biology from London University.  Academic interests included epigenetics, VDJ recombination and B cell development.
