Robert McIntosh is the Executive Director, responsible for CBRE Hotels in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, he has over 30 years of property experience, 20 of which are in hotels. The division services the hotels and leisure industry, including resorts, golf courses, casinos, theme parks, pubs, hotels and motels.
Robert’s experience has been wide ranging in terms of geography, property types and skills. He has been involved in advisory, valuation, operator selection, consulting and sales assignments throughout the Asia Pacific region. In addition, Robert has advised on the restructuring of various portfolios, due diligence assignments and the listing of real estate assets.
Robert has developed advanced financial models for commercial, retail and hotel properties. He has also provided expert evidence in respect of various property related matters. Robert possesses considerable experience in related associations – He was a Board Member of the Sydney Visitors & Convention Bureau and has served on various professional committees of organisations, such as the Australian Property Institute and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). |
