Lawrence Lee is Regional Director, Development for IHG in Asia.  Currently based in Singapore, Lawrence has a strong focus on Southeast Asia, Korea and Maldives.  Lawrence has been with IHG for nine years.  Initially based in Shanghai, Lawrence started his career at IHG in development, covering North Asia.  He then moved to Hong Kong to take up the role of Director of Development, covering Greater China, including the Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and Mongolia.

During his career with IHG, Lawrence completed more than 50 hotel projects totaling over 15,000 rooms.  Born in Malaysia, he graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Melbourne with Honors
