Tatum Burgess | Senior Engagement Lead

Tatum is currently the Engagement Lead for the Telecommunications Team within the UK Space Agency. She is responsible for stakeholder management and strategic industry engagement for the Advanced Research in Telecommunications Systems and Connectivity in Low Earth Orbit programmes. Prior to that she was Head of European Relations for the Government of Jersey and worked for the UK Ministry of Defence for over 20 years specialising in international affairs, crisis management, operational policy and parliamentary business. Tatum’s academic background lies in international politics, defence studies and international security and strategy. She is Co-Chair of the UK Space Agency’s Women’s Network and an active mentor.
