Rachel has recently joined Telecom Infrastructure Partners as their Chief People Officer, to develop and deliver the people strategy in a "people first" culture. Previously, Rachel was the People Director at Zzoomm where she built the company from a two-site build location to a multi-location comercial organisation. She was part of the team that closed the merger with FullFibre Ltd. Rachel has also held senior roles at the University of West London and Circassia where she was a key member of the team who developed the organisation from a UK based R&D company to a multi-national commercial business.
