As Circular Economy Manager at Virgin Media O2 Louise is on a mission to help Virgin Media O2 customers take 10 million circular actions, which could mean extending the life of devices, choosing refurbished, donating unused technology and repairing and recycling.
Much of her role is about leading collaboration, partnering across Virgin Media O2 to embed circularity into every corner of the business and giving customers more ways to act sustainably. Alongside this she is responsible for the development of the organisation’s circular economy strategy, is active in industry circularity working groups and leads on research into behaviour change and policy innovation.
Her role covers managing the Time after Time e-waste fund which invests monies into grass roots community organisations to address the dual challenge of e-waste and digital inclusion.
Prior to this, Louise spent 15 years shaping sustainable coffee and agricultural supply chains- transitioning from marketing and brand management to leading as a Group Sustainability for an international coffee company.
