Ann Williams Liverpool 5G Programme Director. As a Commissioning and Contract Manager in Adult Social Services at Liverpool City Council she led for Liverpool City Council in the two successful 5G test bed and trials funded by DCMS. She has led the successful EU funded STOP & GO programme. Ann was named as one of social housing top 30 Tech innovators by Inside Housing magazine 2018 following a nomination by Microsoft for bringing digital innovation to Liverpool Adult Social Services at scale. Ann received the UK5G Innovation Network award for Best Individual Contribution to 5G Industry Deployment. She also serves as the Vice Chair of the Central Liverpool Medical Research Committee
