Who qualifies for a free Qualified Buyer Pass?

Broadband Providers Mobile Network Operators (MNOs & MVNOs)
Wholesale Network Operators B2B Operators (business connectivity providers)
Channel Partners (telecom agents, dealers, VARs)
Managed Service Providers (enterprise-focused only)
Data Centre Owners & Operators
Property Sector (developers, managers, housing associations)
Manufacturing Sector (end-user manufacturers only)
Transport Sector (infrastructure or service owners/operators)
Utilities (retail suppliers of water, energy, gas, EVs, renewables)
Healthcare Sector (direct employees only)
Angel Investors & Venture Capitalists
Charities & Not-for-Profits (registered only)
Education (institution employees & enrolled students)
Students, Graduates & Apprentices (in recognised UK programmes)

Applications from vendors, solution providers, or those servicing telecoms/public sector will be rejected, as these companies  do not qualify for the Buyer Pass.

How to apply

To ensure a premium experience, all applications for the Free Qualified Buyer Pass must be submitted using your official work or institution email address.

Applications made with personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) cannot be verified and will not be accepted.

Important Clarification: Only direct employees (or current students/apprentices/graduates where applicable) qualify for free tickets. Contractors, freelancers, consultants, and third-party service providers who perform services on behalf of eligible organisations do not qualify.

All free passes are subject to approval by the Total Telecom team and we reserve the right to determine whether you meet the criteria for a free pass. Supporting documentation might be requested to confirm your application.
