Public Sector

Only direct employees of German public organizations. These include national and local government agencies, regulatory authorities, non-departmental public bodies, investment promotion agencies, and military personnel.

Contractors, consultants, or outsourced workers providing services to the public sector are not eligible.

Broadband providers

Direct employees of companies that offer broadband services to consumers for private use.

Mobile network operators (MNOs) & mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs)

Direct employees of MNOs and MVNOs.

Third-party providers, agencies, or consultants working on behalf of or under contract to these companies are not eligible.

Wholesale network operators

Direct employees of wholesale providers or companies that own fixed or mobile network infrastructures.

Third-party providers or service providers are not eligible.

B2B providers

Direct employees of companies that sell fixed or mobile connectivity services directly to businesses.

Channel partners

Direct employees of telecommunications agents, distributors, or value-added resellers (VARs) who are specifically involved in the sale of connectivity services (excluding hardware or software sales).

Managed Service Providers (MSPs)

Direct employees of MSPs that sell IT services exclusively to business customers.

MSPs that serve telecommunications or public sector customers are not eligible.

Data centers

Direct employees of companies that own data centers or offer colocation services.

Employees of solution providers, construction companies, or equipment manufacturers for data centers are not eligible.

Real estate sector

Direct employees of housing associations, developers/managers of residential or commercial real estate, and real estate rental companies.

Manufacturing industry

Direct employees of manufacturing companies (e.g., automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical industries).

Manufacturers of telecommunications or IT equipment are not eligible.

Transport sector

Direct employees of companies that own or operate transport infrastructure (road, rail, sea, aviation) or providers of passenger transport services.

Utilities

Direct employees of retail suppliers of water, energy, gas, electricity, electric vehicles (EV), or renewable energy.

Healthcare sector

Direct employees of organizations in the healthcare sector.

Contractors, consultants, and outsourced employees are not eligible.

Angel investors & venture capitalists (VCs)

Direct employees of investment firms who actively invest in startups and scale-ups or seek investment opportunities.

Charities and non-profit organizations

Direct employees of registered charities or officially recognized non-profit organizations.

Education

Direct employees or enrolled students at recognized educational institutions or academic institutions.

Students, graduates, and trainees

Individuals who are actively enrolled in university courses, full-time training programs (vocational diplomas, specialist courses, boot camps), or officially recognized training or graduate programs.
