Justin is the Chief Technology and Operatons Officer at Ogi, an altnernative full fibre network operator and ISP based in South Wales. His career in telecoms spans over 35 years and includes senior roles at UK Gov (BDUK), Openreach, Ericsson, mBLox (now Sinch), NTL (now Virgin Media) and Scottish Telecom/Thus. He is a Chartered Physicist, Chartered Scientist and is a member of both the IET and SCTE.
