Arun Dehiri
Vice President, Cartesian Arun Dehiri is a seasoned leader with three decades of experience driving strategic growth and transformation across the Telecoms, Media, and Technology (TMT) sector. He has held senior industry roles at BSkyB, Orange, Colt, and Tata, alongside leadership positions at top consultancies including PwC and Analysys Mason. Arun is recognised for scaling consultancy businesses and delivering sustained success for clients worldwide. He founded Redbox Consulting, grew it into a market leader, and led its successful acquisition by Analysys Mason, where he served on the Board and was head of the Telecoms Sector. More recently, he has advised operators, investors, and regulators through his boutique consultancy, Red Dawn Consulting. His expertise spans pricing strategy, mergers and acquisitions (buy- and sell-side), due diligence, and digital transformation, as well as emerging technologies including IoT, FinTech, satellite, BSS/OSS and AI. Renowned for his client-first approach, Arun has worked with global operators and innovators to design disruptive strategies, unlock value, and deliver growth. Arun has been recognised with industry honours including Most Influential and Inspirational Wholesale Executive at the Global Carrier Awards and served as Chairman of the International MVNO Association.
