Brett Briley is the Senior Manager of Customer Experience-Logistics for American Eagle Outfitters.  He has been with AE for a decade of online commerce growth working first with the company’s outsourced contact centers and currently with the company’s DTC distribution teams.  Prior to joining AE, Brett worked in both 3rd party distribution and contact centers.
