Michael Mashintchian (pronounced "Machine-Chee-On") is the Senior Director, Logistics & Customer Service at ShopRunner, an exclusive shopping benefits program that helps retailers connect with millions of high value online shoppers.  In his current role, Michael oversees the delivery of ShopRunner's 2-Day promise and free returns, while partnering with ShopRunner’s retailers to help optimize logistics cost and delivery times.  Prior to ShopRunner, Michael was with Walmart eCommerce where he successfully launched and oversaw the company's Ship from Store capability, and also held leadership roles in order management and fulfillment as well as operations strategy.  Michael is a former entrepreneur and has also spent several years in operations consulting with Accenture.  He has an MBA from UCLA and a Bachelor's from UC Berkeley.
