Click and Collect Show USA is the first event of its kind exploring new strategies and technologies that allow customers to order online and collect their goods either in store or by driving to a collection point.
In 2015, we launched Click & Collect Show USA with experts like Colby Chiles , Director of Direct Fulfilment Supply Chain, The Home Depot , who provided key insight into how supporting your delivery offering with click & collect brings the all-in-one experience from good to GREAT!
By combining Click & Collect Show with Home Delivery World USA, Ecommerce Show USA and Retail Technology Show USA, our attendees can learn to connect innovative Click & Collect strategies with aspects in ecommerce and fulfilment operations. Discussions were led by the experts from The Home Depot, Peapod, FreshDirect and Dixons Retail , along with on-floor seminars from Swipbox, InPost Canada , POPcodes and HighJump.
And let’s not forget the innovation showcase for start-ups to pitch their ideas to retail entrepreneurs and VCs. Together with networking lunches and interactive roundtables, this created a truly inspiring environment to help the industry further their business.
