Ryan Salmon is a dedicated public servant and advocate for digital opportunity with a strong focus on the role broadband access plays in fostering community development. Since joining Harris County Universal Services in April 2024, Ryan has contributed to developing and implementing the County’s Broadband Roadmap and launching and the Harris County Broadband Task Force, a cross-sector advisory body for County leaders. These projects have been focused on expanding broadband access, improving affordability, and advancing digital literacy for residents across Harris County.
