Quinn Jordan is a visionary leader in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Director of Strategic Partnerships at TEC of Jackson, MS and the former Executive Director of the Mississippi Broadband Association. With a strong background in technology and community development, Quinn is dedicated to bridging the digital divide and delivering connectivity solutions for communities across the southeast United States of America. 

Throughout his career, Quinn has been at the forefront of advocating for broadband access as a fundamental right for all citizens. Under his leadership, the Mississippi Broadband Association has spearheaded numerous initiatives to expand high-speed internet infrastructure in underserved areas, empowering residents and businesses with the tools they need to thrive in the digital age.  His current role at TEC is to ensure the unserved and underserved communities in the TEC focus areas receive a wholistic solution for their connectivity needs. 

Quinn is a passionate advocate for collaboration between government, industry and community stakeholders  to create sustainable broadband solutions that meet the unique needs of each locality. His strategic vision and innovative approach have earned him recognition as a thought leader in the field of rural broadband development.
