Francella Ochillo is a public interest attorney and policy strategist working at the forefront of technology, democracy, and economic opportunity. Over the past decade, she has influenced local, state, and federal broadband implementation, advised lawmakers on data privacy and emerging technology policy, and led national advocacy strategies that bridge communities and decision-makers.

At the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, she directed public stakeholder engagement for a $48 billion Internet for All initiative, embedding community insights into program implementation. She has scaled mission-driven organizations from startup to national influence, strengthened philanthropic investments in responsible innovation, and stewarded high-impact campaigns to advance equitable policy outcomes.
