Art Hubacher is the managing member and co-founder of Hubacher Ames & Taylor, PLLC, a law firm established to focus on telecommunications and technology issues for the real estate industry.  Mr. Hubacher has more than 25 years of experience helping developers, owners and managers of residential and commercial multi-unit properties, as well as condominium and homeowners associations, in a wide range of technology and telecommunications matters.  On behalf of his clients, Mr. Hubacher has negotiated and drafted a significant number of local and national broadband service contracts, marketing agreements, and right of entry documents with the nation’s largest broadband companies and many smaller, independent providers.  Mr. Hubacher and the firm’s attorneys also help their real estate clients navigate the volatile legal landscape and regulatory changes that impact the contracts and relationships between property owners and broadband service providers.
