Mustaqhusain Kazi is a Global Informatics Strategy Leader at Roche/Genentech, the world's largest biotech company. In this capacity, he focuses on driving Roche’s overarching Informatics Strategy & Digital Innovation initiatives to realize game-changing opportunities that meet the dynamic needs of the company’s Pharma, Diagnostics, and Insights businesses.  Most recently, Kazi led a cross-functional effort to develop and implement a Roche-wide Data & Digital Backbone for high-impact transformative use cases that reach across the entire value chain. Prior to that, Kazi focused on growing Roche’s Personalized Healthcare (PHC) strategy as the Global Head of PHC Informatics. In this role, he assembled a high-performing team that built and enabled Roche’s efforts to use multi-modal data to accelerate the discovery, development, & delivery of personalized medicines & diagnostics to patients.  Kazi joined Genentech in 2004 and has over 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, High Tech, Petrochemicals, and Renewable Energy industries.
