Michelle Bridenbaker is currently the Global Head of Medical Excellence & Communications at Recordati. Additionally, in her capacity as the Vice President Elect of Medical Information Leaders in Europe (MILE) a pan-pharmaceutical company coalition, she helps shape industry best practices, builds future-facing technology, and empowers Medical teams around the world to ensure patients & healthcare professionals are able to robust medical information while enhancing educational opportunities for professionals in the European Medical Information community and beyond. She is also the co-owner and COO of Unbiased Science, a pioneering, female-led health science communications company. 

As a dedicated scientist, healthcare professional, health communicator and executive MBA with over two decades of experience, she has led, collaborated with and transformed leading organizations in healthcare, pharma, biotech and public health. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between science and effective communication to ensure critical scientific and medical information & solutions reaches stakeholders around the world. Her diverse and unique experiences as a biologist, pharmacy technician, critical care nurse, Red Cross Disaster Assessor & Nurse, and Medical Toxicologist brings a rich set of skill sets and perspectives that help bring forth creative, pragmatic and reality driven solutions. She has delivered innovative solutions within industry and public health that has significantly improved operational excellence, transformed digital and AI capabilities, and optimized the patient and HCP experiences.

As a prolific public speaker, she focuses on advancing health/medical communication, innovation, technology, leadership, improving access for underserved communities, and patient-centric care. She also serves on the scientific boards of multiple tech and device firms, contributing to cutting-edge advancements in communications, science, and medicine.
