With over 20 years of experience in servant leadership, design strategy, and multimodal product design, I am passionate about building innovative teams that deliver impactful solutions that improve the lives of millions of people around the world. I help define the future of healthcare by leading the design of FDA approved medical devices, voice UIs, smart retail experiences, and 5G strategy. I am also the co-author of Designing Across Senses, a book published by O'Reilly Media that explores how to design blended interactive experiences. I have shared my insights and expertise on multimodal design, user research, and NUI at various conferences and events, such as SXSW, IXDA, and SF Design Week.
