Mr Luis Perez, Vice President – Air Service Development, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

Luis E. Perez, Vice President, Air Service Development for Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, is responsible for developing and implementing air service strategies designed to attract, retain and to expand domestic and international airlines services to DFW International Airport.

Mr. Perez has played a leadership role in both private and public aviation sectors for roughly 20 years. He joined DFW after serving in a number of positions in the aviation industry, ranging from airlines and aircraft manufacturing to airport development. As the Managing Director for Airport Management Group Consulting, he worked on airport development projects for clients in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Mr. Perez served as the Executive President of Quiport Corporation S.A. Quito in Ecuador, overseeing the management of a private airport concession and the construction of a green field international airport and the largest infrastructure project for the city of Quito and Ecuador.

Mr. Perez has also worked for the Houston Airport System as Director of Airport Marketing and Air Service Development and Deputy Director of Aviation. Mr. Perez earned a Bachelor’s in Professional Aeronautics and Masters of Business Administration in Aviation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He has also studied business law extensively, is a FAA-licensed aircraft dispatcher, and is bilingual in Spanish. His education includes Airport Management Training and Development Programs.
